Did you know? Dancing offers both a break from daily life and a challenge with its own distinct mental and physical rewards. Dancing also provides a great workout, with lasting benefits of toning, lengthening, and stretching. Dancing makes you smarter! We exercise the left brain for getting the logic of the steps combinations; right brain for interpreting the music and expressing our body in an artistic manner; The upper rear portion of the brain for interpreting spatial relationship; and the lower part of the brain for memorizing the steps.
Our adult program is a unique opportunity for adults to enjoy taking a dance class again, without the commitment of having to sign up for a session, or a set amount of classes. Our classes are drop-in friendly. We offer several different styles of dance: Ballet, Pointe, Contemporary, Jazz, Tap, Modern AND we have several different levels: Beginning, Advanced Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. We will make sure to find a perfect class for you!
