7 Minute Policy
To make the most of your learning journey, remember to arrive promptly as per our 7-minute late policy. Arriving on time ensures you can fully immerse yourself in our classes, maximizing your experience and growth. Don't let tardiness hinder your progress—be punctual and embrace the opportunities that await you.
8 Hour Cancellation
We have an 8-hour late cancel policy for all classes. Cancellations made more than 8 hours in advance will remain on your account. Cancellations within 8 hours are considered late cancels and the class will be deducted from your class pass, membership, or single class purchase.
This policy helps us offer spots to other dancers and keep our classes running smoothly—thank you for your understanding!
Sign Up In Advance
Adult students must book their class at least one hour before class. Any class with fewer than three students may be canceled one hour prior to the start time. Signing up in advance helps us gauge attendance and ensures the class can run smoothly.

*Package and New Student Offer expiration periods begin on the date of the first class booked using the pass or offer. This allows you the flexibility to purchase in advance and activate your package when you're ready to attend. To ensure fairness and consistency for all students, expiration dates are firm and cannot be extended. We encourage you to select the package or offer that best fits your anticipated attendance schedule.
